FAQ

Is Tralogit suitable for small fleets?
Absolutely. The Manager plan at $35/vehicle/month is designed for owner-operators and fleets of 1-10 vehicles. AI becomes your admin assistant.
How does the device connect to the truck?
The method depends on the manufacturer, model, year and electronic architecture of the vehicle. Tralogit supports several telematics interfaces, including OBD-II and SAE J1939. Our team validates vehicle compatibility before deployment.
Do all trucks have an OBD-II port?
No. Many heavy vehicles use other connectors or interfaces, including SAE J1939 on a 9-pin or 6-pin Deutsch connector, J1708, FMS or a manufacturer-specific solution.
Can engine hours drive maintenance schedules?
Yes, when they are available from the vehicle or recorded in Tralogit. For vehicles that cover little distance but run for long hours, engine hours are a more reliable trigger than mileage.
